BOOKING POLICY:
-There is a mandatory booking deposit of $20 that will be charged to your card.
-Deposits are non refundable.
-Come with bare nails unless discussed otherwise before booking appointment.
-For my safety please include your Instagram acct in “notes” section.
PAYMENT METHODS:
-Cash, Apple Pay, and Zelle accepted.
-Prepaid cards are prohibited. Failure to book with a debit card your appointment will be canceled.
PUNCTUALITY:
-After 10 mins late prior to your scheduled appointment time there will be a late fee of $15. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled.
-Late twice to two appointments you will be banned from booking.
SERVICE:
-Highly recommend you book your fill-in the day of appointment.
-Be mindful of what service you book for. If you’re unsure what service to book please contact me VIA IG (@GripzNYC)
-If you need to reschedule please do so 24-48 hours before your appointment.
-Soak off service will be an add-on to your appointment. Please select it when booking appointment.
-Please come an hour and 15 mins before your appointment for soak off.
-Same day squeeze ins will be $20 that will go towards your service.
-I do not work over other nail techs work.
-REPAIRS:
-You have a week from the day of your appointment to fix any damages. After a week you will be charged.
REMINDER EMAILS:
-Please be sure to respond to your reminder emails that will go out the day before your appointment.
-For any reason you did not receive a reminder email before 11:59pm the day before your appointment, please reach out immediately to confirm your appointment.
Work Hours: 8:30am-7:30pm, Tuesday-Sunday. Please be mindful of these hours, I will get back to you as soon as possible.
